I received a new engine after five weeks of waiting without a car. One day after having my car, the check engine light comes on my dash plus three other symbols. I take my car back and they say I need a catalytic converter and emissions repair. My car is two weeks at the dealership and I have had no contact on status. This should have been diagnosed in the first visit.Service is awful and potentially criminal.

I made a deal on the phone to buy a car only for them to tell me it was sold when I got there for my scheduled appointment to complete the purchase and pick it up. They even called me that morning to confirm I was coming for my appointment to pick up the car. They then sent me a follow up text the next day asking to reschedule to look at another car.

I'm the owner of Santa Fe and it was my first 5000 mile oil change and filter replacement to schedule an appointment was so nice. The person was very nice. She told me to take between one and a half to two hours and after all I had to wait almost for four hours till I had to get up and that's what happened to my car. I don't think you should search for four hours for oil change.

They did state inspection, change engine oil and tire rotation for me , then made my tire pressure to 42, there is my car tire pressure show on the door only 31 , it is not professional , the guy said it is not problem when I took 30 mins to drove back to there , he didn't fix for me

The person working on my car didn't tell me or anyone he was finished and made wait in the shop for 3 hours (past closing). I was told to leave since it was so late, but I didn't even have my car yet. Told them I was waiting for hours and no one communicated anything to me. Huge waste of my time.

The worst, I brought my car in for oil change and regular maintenance and one of the workers scratched my car so they had to give me a loaner and paint my car or supposed to but did not and they had my car for a whole two weeks and mess up even more. And still have to take my car back so they can fix what they messed up

They were straightforward and helped ease theought the process. The New york insurance process can be a bit difficult but they helped my insurance company realize they werent providing the correct information. Overall Guy and Paul were great to work with and helped me get out the door pretty fast.
