The service representative was great and truly professional and alittle cheaper outside of the city too. My overall experience there was warm and very friendly. I highly recommend you guys go there for service and purchasing a new vehicle. I went 80 miles out of my way and it was well worth the drive and time.

I liked that I was able to just drop in and get my car serviced even though they were extremely busy. I like the honest and up-front professionalism. My Rogue is a 2015 model, and it looks and runs great. I trust this service department to keep it up and running.

To car in fire routine oil change/ tire rotation. Left and 1/2 mile later all warnings lights comes on. Took car back, and they're trying to figure out what happened. Got a loaner quickly. They really take care of their customers.... still waiting....

Took us 2 1/2 weeks to have an alternator replaced. There was a severe lack of communication. They tried charging us for a new one even tho ours was under warranty. Everyone at the dealership is very lazy and when you go inside Everyone is on the phones and unwilling to help. Don't bother trying to get ahold of your tech. They only communicate via text and that's maybe once a week if you're lucky.

Shop has always done me right. I am unsure if they were just super busy or not, however it took about 3 hrs for a cvt trans flush. Should be 45 minutes to 1 hr on average maybe even 1.5hr If you are super thorough. Saw some guy (I believe tech) vaping by the bay door off and on while I sat watching people leave on repeat.

Had to wait longer than usual. Our service attendant left our paper work on his desk and after questioning because our car was parked outside another service attendant had to help. Did not feel like we were taken care of. Never had this happen before.

Had to arm wrestle to even be seen by tech in a dealer 20 miles from my house. To pay $160 for a 10 minute at most scan to tell me why I had an air bag light flashing. Other service checks were spurious and not needed. Was then quoted almost $1300 to fix n top of another $1000 of services. Then wass told they couldn't fix as one of the parts was on back order for the last six months! Also quote had no labor/parts breakdown.

Good work done by the gentleman in the service department when I got there. He was helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment time option on the weekend being early (7am) helps me get in and out and not lose a half day. I'll be back.
