Stopped by the dealership to discuss some recommended service and was taken care of in a timely and professional manner by Jacob. The work to be performed was agreed to and done that same afternoon! A courtesy ride was provided to me both to and from my home. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected with a follow up discussion from Jacob regarding future service items that should be performed. My vehicle was washed and ready to go!

Needed a fuel injector service that was covered under a factory service advisory and got it done in just a few hours! Got a courtesy ride home while the work was being done. Was kept in contact with timely text messages, that included recommended other service needs. Everything was done as promised right on time. Nice job Platinum Honda!

Very professional - they have their act together. Charles was awesome. With my warranty on the battery I only paid $103 for my car problem' If you are not driving Honda - you are not living right. I absolutely will recommend them every day and twice on Sunday.

Appts take too long. Always a list of add on services that cost considerably more than scheduled service and I get texts and calls wanting me to sell my car. After one attempted contact to sell my car-that should be sufficient.

I made an Appointment the day before for an Inspection and Oil change. It took them over 2 hrs to complete bc they did a diagnostic that I did NOT ask to hem to do. The items I asked them to do check and fill tires and check brake light. Did NOT get done!!! I will NOT go back!!

I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Plus the time before they replaced oil drain plug because they said it was round off and this time they said the gasket was missing off the drain plug. I told the service advisor that they replaced it last time I was in. He pulled my last service up on the computer showing they had replaced it. So both times I had my oil changed there I set for 2 hours waiting.
