I've been using Platinum Ford North or Stanley for 15 years and the car I currently own has never been serviced anywhere else. This oil change cost $109.26 just the oil change as I did not want a tire rotation. Last time I went in, the service department stated my lug nuts were frozen and wanted to charge me over $400 for repair. I declined and took my car to a tire shop where they rotated the tires and said there was absolutely no problem with lug nuts. Despite having been a loyal customer there for 15 years, I will be looking for an alternative when I need service next time.
