Communication was poor, my calls were sometimes not returned. Had my Jeep for 3 weeks due to a delay in parts, but would not give me a loaner. The cold killed my battery while there and they wanted to charge an additional $50 to change the battery on top of what I was paying for the repairs. This could have been taken care of at no charge, especially for the length of time they had my vehicle. I was told when I scheduled my appointment that they would be able to look at it within 24-48 hours, they did not even begin trying to diagnose until day 4. Worst experience I have ever had with their service department.
