There customer service socks. They don't wash your vehicle after you have had service done like Sewell. They don't greet you when you enter the building of their establishment they scatter like marbles. Their Not friendly. I will never buy another vehicle from them I've only had mines for 2 years.

Went in for yearly emissions inspection and a rear wiper blade that wasn't sold at the local auto parts store. My brand new front wiper blades that I spent 100 dollars on were replaced and thrown away. I literally just replaced them a month earlier. The OEM blades I was given for free are not of the same quality. Pretty sure I'm not coming to Platinum Chevrolet for a while!
