I have had two experiences with Platinum basically indicating my engine was shot or I needed these hefty repairs. Took it to another shop and the fixes were simple. Will not go back and would not recommend.

One of the best shops in my town. Vehicle had a strange sound when turning. Called to get an appointment, even though, they were extremely busy they got us in. It was a good thing because the axel broke when they did a diagnostic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good, honest mechanic

Matt does a great job. I ran over wheat netting when I was driving. I had to have it towed in to Platinum Automotive. They were able to get the netting off.They always do a great job with my vehicles that I have had over the years. I would recommend them to anyone. My daughter brings in her car to them too.

Went in for a transmission fluid change I think it was about 2 hours before a bay opened up and then an hour more and they had the car done so about 3 hours if they were able to start on it from the get-go I'm guessing it would have taken about an hour tops it's a good place I trust them they pointed out a ball joint that was about to collapse on my car even showed me the part that speaks volumes the quality of place Platinum is.
