My visit was frustrating. I waited at the dealership for 6 hours before I asked what was taking so long.
My rep finally found out that they were waiting for a part and were not sure when it would arrive. Finally, I was given a rental car and allowed to go home.

Had a good experience. I had a concerned about my new car having some streaks like scratches on the driver's door by the handle, and top was still not totally clean after being washed. Informed the person who had been assigned to help me and he immediately said that no problem and took it back to get it rewashed and buff it up. I did appreciate getting a ride back home and being picked up when car was ready. Thank you.

Had a problem of car not starting. Had Nissan send a tow truck to take to dealership! Tow truck came very fast and tested my battery- said it was very low charge! Jump started it and I drove to dealership! The service manager Michael was great and got me taken care of right away with a new battery, said it was under warranty that it was a small charge! I was so happy

Horrible service people there! You never work with your actual service guy. You sit there all day listening to sales guys curse like a sailor loudly and the service folks never tell you your car is ready and the app doesn't state it either. Still never meet the actual service guy when leaving or apologize. I am SO DONE WITH PLANET NISSAN!!!

Ken always takes great care of my cars, he is the best. we have bought 16 cars from them after moving from California. the service department was checked out before our purchases . I needed one I could trust.we went to 3 other dealers before we decided this was the best to fit our needs.

The service department is great , very knowledgeable and professional super friendly , as soon as you get there they come to you and get your car than you go in the waiting room and they offered you coffee, water or tea and seat are very nice so you can enjoy it and relax while you're waiting for your car .

I enjoyed speaking with the reps at this location. They explained in detail what my car needed and didn't try to come up with a car issue that was not necessary. As a woman, I am leery about going to car shops because I am not mechanical savvy so I have to trust what the reps are telling me of the problems with my car. I took the truck to a second mechanic for another opinion and I was told the transmission is fine and does not need to be replaced or rebuilt and he is only asking for about 1 5th the money the Nissan dealer is. I am thinking maybe Planet Nissan tried to pull a fast one.
