Brought my car in for a loud noise coming from the engine. Told me it was the compressor so it was replaced. Returned it to me still making the same noise. Took it back and blamed the noise on a previous repair at a different shop and refused to take responsibility for doing unnecessary work. Told me it shouldn't be driven then drove it 50 miles to return it to me instead of towing it. Nothing but untruths and gaslighting.

I was lied to about needing a new battery, given a fraudulent report that belong to someone else's car. Fluids not taps off like they were supposed to. After I went back was told that their report machine has not been working and the manager knows about it and hasn't done anything. A bad report that would have cost me $394, diabolical. Very poor communication, anything things right now we cook it in for a recall on the rear view camera and they logged it in as needing the steering wheel adjusted because it wasn't straight. Nothing was ever said about the steering wheel and it just kind of went downhill from there.

When trying to call my the guy who was overseeing the diagnostic he was never anywhere to be found and would never return my calls! I was highly upset I had missed worked and still never found out what's going on with my car! The constant excuses were we've been very busy.

Took Financials promised called no less than three times, promises never excuted, told vehicle available, no called on set appointment time, called, no response, poorly run business, do not have any personal probably, then on top of that they pull a hard credit check, when vehicle was sold from under nose. My car was bought in for a recal and a knocking noise that I could hear. The recall was fixed and I was told they couldn't replicate the knocking sound, so the issue must of been the recall and that has been dealt with. My car is now in another garage as it is still knocking like I said it was. If it would of been driven more than 3 feet a tech would of known that there is something wrong with the struts.
