What I didn't like about the place was that they didn't have no place to sit down and the counter was too high for me to sign my name on paperwork. They need to have the counter lower for short people like me. What I had liked about the place was it was closer to where I live. It did a fantastic job on my vehicle.

Horrible. Following a routine oil change and tire rotation the Service department insisted I needed a new battery. They mi's quoted me $285 then charged me $450 for my Hyundai Sante Fe. Since then my car dies periodically when at a resting stop. I left a message for the Service Manager Mitch with no phone call back. I am horribly disappointed.

Purchasing the vehicle was a pleasant experience as it had been 24 years since buying our last vehicle. Being seniors, however, with all the new technology involved with a new car, we were pretty much left alone on how to operate the vehicle easily and properly. Giving drivers instructions and support would have been extremely helpful at the beginning of our learning curve.

It was a really nice experience. While they couldn't provide a loaner vehicle or rental (as they didn't have any available), they were extremely helpful in person, offering a ride somewhere close by. The service itself, a factory ABS fuse recall, was supposed to take several hours and they got it done in less than an hour. The waiting area was very nice as well, offering entertainment, snacks and coffee.

I had a good overall experience although it did take several minutes for somebody to assist me and it seemed like they may have been a bit short staffed. Also, I had sent previous survey response using the web link texted to me and apparently it did not go through because this is my second response about the same service.

Once again another disappointment by Hyundai. McDonald Hyundai is so much closer to me but I had such a bad experience I went all the way to Planet Hyundai from Highlands Ranch to try a different location. Was once again disappointed with the service aspect and how long they said my car would need to be looked over.

if you have to service your vehicle please be ware . the communication aspect with the team is not the best, you will be calling and calling with no one getting back to you. i don't think they realize how bad their customer service is. This includes management

Horrible experience! They kept my car overnight to only be told the recall part never came! Their solution was to keep my car another 6 days hoping the part would eventually come in! I asked about a loaner car and I was put on a waitlist! I decided AGAINST THEM servicing my car! I went to somewhere else!

I made my appointment as they require now for 1 p.m. and arrived about 10 min. early for an oil change and anti-threft update. I waited over 3 and 1/2 hrs. Seems it was faster service when no appointment was necessary. Very disappointed. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years!

Set up appointment to have 2 recall issues repaired on our 2013 Elantra. They said it could take all day so set appt for 7:20 am. We live in the mountains west of Denver so got a very early start. Planet Hyundai is under renovation. I walked to a nearby mall where I spent the day. I came back at 4 to find out it was not complete. Finally done at 5:45. Work presumably was done correctly, but not overly pleased with the time it took.

Waited forever in a out building had to leave it to go to test room rep who signed me in did not notify me it was ready the car was left in lot with lights on for 30 min it was very inconvenient and callas being eight one wandering thru the construction zone with no help was extremely frustrating and he call my home to tell me my car was ready the tech seemed to have done his job fine the service agent very inadequate

This dealerships was horribly unprofessional. Failed to communicate with me multiple times. I'm beyond disappointed, they waisted several months of my time. Took 7 months for me to get me headlights replaced. Overall this establishment is uncoordinated, unreliable, and unprofessional.

Oil change recalls then 1 week.later telling me burnt plugs, first was.told 3 days took 2 weeks,hard to get a callback. Been using them for over 10 years and this was the worst.service ever.. Tried to do their survey they sent me and am being told it was already done, with a good review. no it hasn't.

Engine warning light came on while driving on the freeway. Called service as soon as I got off the freeway. They were able to get it in an hour later. Though they needed to keep it for 3 days for complete diagnostics they made sure I had a good loaner. It was an electronic issue which was taken care of at no charge as part of the maintenance agreement. Returned to me in timeframe stated, freshly washed. Great service!

I brought my vehicle in because the forward collision avoidance feature is malfunctioning. I was told they couldn't do anything about it until august... just, sometime in august. It is a critical safety feature, and some thing I feel should be treated as a high priority by the service department rather than "something they'll get to eventually maybe assuming my vehicle doesn't crash before then".

They told us to make a early appointment so we can get a loner car showed up at 7:20 in the morning and they decided that they didn't have any loner cars. So I had to take an Uber home and my wife's plans for the day were totally destroyed. They shouldn't tell you one thing and then Change their minds.
