I asked them to give me the OUT THE DOOR price breakdown of how much are taxes, title, registration and fees but the dealer refused to provide. I spoke to multiple people via email and ALL of them refused.
I wouldn't buy, let alone a car, anything if I don't have a transparency in the pricing.
I would stay away from dealers who are not Transparent.

I appreciate the attentiveness I received from my service advisor, Alejandra, and the tech did a good job with the oil change and addressing the most recent recall.
While service itself was good, I have to say that the time spent was too long. I checked in just after 8:30am and was finished around 1pm. I can't say that 4+ hours is a good expected time.

Lately, they are taking longer than usual to perform regular maintenance (Filter & Oil Change), this last trip took them over 4 hours, that's too much time for such task considering that an appointment is required and they don't take walk-ins, so they should have the time measured and the required staff to work on the appointments.

My heat was fix but now it takes a longer time for my heat to actually get warm. If I turn my car off for a Second my heat gets completely cold and takes a very long time to warm up. The axle noise I was hearing when making a right hand turn sounds like it's getting louder.

Brought my van in because the fronts speakers weren't working properly and the blue tooth feature wasn't working either.They tried to charge me 1800 to fix the back speakers, which I didn't know were a problem. The lowered it to 700. I paid and nothing was fixed. They told me they think whole audio system but they are not sure and want to charge me another 2700

I wasn't sure why there were over $800 worth of Service fees. I elected one that Mia pointed out was very necessary. I leased this car in June of 2024 and expected less issue with the car. I have leased many Honda vehicles , and I would like to continue to do so at Planet Honda.

I took my car in for maintenance on 10/24/25. Dwight Philips was the service advisor for my maintenance. Dwight was prompt, professional and courteous during my service visit. He explained what maintenance was being done and exceeded my expectations when the maintenance was completed very close to the estimated time he advised me. I will definitely return to Planet Honda again for future maintenance appointments.

Very bad experience with them. Never accept to take their care home with without getting all copies of all the documents they rushed u to E sign. They gonna tell you that you are going to access your loan documents and all the agreements on line but they never let you.
The certified cars have missing body parts in some vehicles.
