Very bad experience with them. Never accept to take their care home with without getting all copies of all the documents they rushed u to E sign. They gonna tell you that you are going to access your loan documents and all the agreements on line but they never let you.
The certified cars have missing body parts in some vehicles.

Would hv been a five. The service was great on my 2024 Pilot. But the repair I requested to the "trunk" wall in the well which came apart need to be fixed. Well they replace two broken pins but when I got home I put something in that area and the wall just came apart again. I live too far away to keep going back, so I guess I just have to live with. Disappointed.

Asked for a manager after accusing me of hitting my car when the car is always in the garage, she kept saying there was no one in the dealership that we should leave, after we raised our voice the boss came and asked us what happened, after Khariana said to leave that there was no manager or someone higher that can help us, TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH HER.

Terrible! It took them 6 hours to work on the car to fix the flashing lights on dashboard. Not only it was not fixed, we were asked to come back for a loaner another day. What kind of dealership does not provide a loaner when they were unable to fix the car.

The service specialist was courteous and sent a text message when the car was ready for pick up. A video was also sent via text messaged link which showcased the mechanic performing an inspection of the exterior of the vehicle, explaining the type of service provided and giving recommendations for the vehicle.

The time for an oil change was good compared to the 3 hours I've waited in the past. I appreciate the inspection, but they push services every time Im there. They are always different and not the same as the last time even though nothing was addressed. Kind of shady.
