This dealership is just a money pit. That doesn't really correct any problems. Just charge observation fees and hasn't corrected anything or even made the attempt to help out other then say.. There's nothing we can do with it. I dont think the customer should diagnose the problem. Tell them to correct it. Then just get charged a inspection fee and sent on your way

heard a noise when I turned steering wheel ocasionally when cold so took it in to plach to have it looked at just in case! they didnt find anything wrong but looked @ GM bulletins & seen there was some complaints of a noise where the steering shaft comes through firewall, they lubed it & have not heard it since!

radio had a intermittent short & would go on & off randomly & they found some loose grounds & a shorted battery cable they replaced. so far so good, has not acted up since so it looks like they got it fixed!! great work, thought it may take a few visits to figure it out but they got it done in one! thanks Plach!! only place we will go for service!!
