I've serviced 3 of my vehicles with Pitstop over the course of at least the past 10yrs. I've never had an issue with the services rendered. Never been pressured into services I did not ask for, and they're typically spot on with service recommendations. Depending on your time of arrival, you will have a minimal wait time. My vehicles never felt rushed and I've never had to bring my vehicles back because of poor service.

"I had a great experience here. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent about the work that needed to be done. Mechanics tried to upsell "engine flush" with "soft intimidation" and BS-ing. Old trick. I heard the same mechanismcs telling the receptionist that they needed to know if a customer had a "groupon" upfront, which made me think for those with "groupons" (including myself) the service may be different - of course I can't claim specifics, but the impression is there. So, while nice, this people didn't appear trustworthy.

This place is horrible, I went for an inspections, they guy came out and said I need a new air filter $28 , I told him no, at auto zone its only $5.00 for an air filter for the model of my car, I guess because I a woman, I know a little about my car, he was very unprofessional after I said no, I been going there for years, I guess its under new management beware.

Went in for inspection and performed oil change. Put wrong oil in Hybrid. Sure 5w-30 works in a 1.8 & 2.0L Engine but not a 1.3L Engine. 5w-30 is not a replacement for 0w-20. In hotter months, 5w-30 is the equivalent to putting water in engine its not thick enough to do its job leading to bad gas mileage and long term engine damage. went from 35mpg to 28mpg in just a few weeks.

Im sorry you dont understand , There is no such thing as Crossover/Truck oil in Hybrid. We do not carry any truck oil. And a hybrid vehicle uses regular oil like any non hybrid vehicle.
