I really like that they're fast and prompt. I would much rather be able to make an appt., just bc of my schedule but the wait time isn't bad. I wished that they chkd batteries too. I've been trying to get someone to chk my battery for over a month and no one does it anymore. If I get the dealership to chk it, they'll tell me right off... Oh yeah, U need a new battery.... When I really don't. Not a lot of places do anymore. Not even AutoZone
