Very thorough, but expensive. Automatically put synthetic oil in, not sure if they have regular oil. Did check all systems and made recommendations.

They are quick and convenient. We have tried to several times to use them but they are always understaffed, the printer doesn't work. The one inspector is out today. So we just use them once in a blue moon if they aren't busy,. They are good when they stars align and everyone shows up to work, machines working, etc. how do people stay in business like that? It was a 5 on a scale of 5 bc we got them at just right timing.

Good service but be sure you understand your needs(full synthetic) vs blended. Costs are substantially different. It wasn't communicated to me that they didn't have the blended 0-20w in stock. I would have gone to the other Valvoline express in town instead.

Good service and very friendly staff. I never give 5 stars, so 4 is very good. The only issue I have is they didnt vacuum the inside of my car, not sure if they stopped doing that or if they just didnt do it for some reason. I asked for full service oil change and in the past theyve always vacuumed it. Other than that, Great Service!

Tech put 2 quarts too much oil left facilitywent to another destination, parked and when restarted vehicle, smoke started pouring out called valve line express, manager answered stayed on phone until I was able to get back. Car was sputtering and I was alarmed. Didnt offer apology or even discounted future services. I will not be returning..,

All went well except an error in reporting correct mileage of car. Took car back for correction and the second try was also in error. Car had 4052 miles and on inspection form was recorded 243,567 miles. Returned car and on second recording the error continued with 40,052 miles. Decided not to take car back for the third recording.
