I like and get exceptional service at PINEY RIVER FORD. after 7 Yrs when it was ROMINES and now BIG PINEY . I have never had a problem. I bought a Ford Flex a FUGATE Ford in ENUMCLAW WA. Sept 2015 It was a 2016 Yr. 32 Mi on it. the 1 St service that was done it at ROMINES was a 5,000 Mi oil change. The only place I have had any work of any kind . In the last 9 Yrs is the FORD dealer in HOUSTON O>

I've been going to Piney River since I moved here ten years ago. They are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. If work is needed beyond what I brought my car in for, they tell me and show me the evidence, but never pressure me. They go above and beyond to take care of me and my car.

Took in for oil change. I went to take my truck to muffler shop and happen to check my oil after driving all that time to find out my oil cap was gone. Oil all over. Called to let them know never recieved call back.

I have been using ROMINES Ford before PINEY RIVER BOUGHT it. I personaly know the OWNERS and most of their help. The only other FORD Dealer that I delt with was FUGATE Ford in ENUMCLAW Wa. I bought a 2016 Ford flex there in 9/2015. The first service it ever received was at ROMINES now PINEY RIVER . They serve all automotive needs. And I trust them.

Excellent service, starting with the Service Manger Kelly all the way to the shop technicians. Friendly and willing to assist in any way. If we take a company work truck for repairs or service they always do their best to get the job done timely so we can get our guys back out on the road.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle to Piney River for any service. They will halfway complete the job most of the time. They will treat you like you are stupid and disregard anything you tell them. Unless you have money to spend or are well known in the county you won't get the service you expect to.
