I like the fast and thorough service. I would like the work order receipt to state the name and weight of the full synthetic oil they use. My xt6 takes 5w30 and I would like to know that is what I got and not 0w20. Otherwise everything else is great service.

AC was blowing hot air and I was told by the service manager that it was normal for a vehicle AC system to get low on refrigerant during a hot summer, so they just replaced 1/2 pound of refrigerant and never even tried to find the real problem. ACs are closed systems and if it's low on refrigerant, there's a leak somewhere. I'm not even a mechanic and I know that.

Fabulous! We ran into car trouble on a road trip, 1200 miles from home. Luckily, we were three miles away from Pinegar Chevrolet. Took us in immediately, and we were on our way with a new fuel pump in two hours. Saved our visit to Branson. Super friendly.
