At every step everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The issues were explained clearly and the audio was a perfect addition to help us understand what was being presented. It would have been more helpful had the written copy indicated what was an immediate issue and what could wait for a later time. Also, the repair cost seemed quite high!

Great service staff. They do not pressure you to do all recommended repairs. My warranty was about to expire and the issue I went there for was covered by the warranty. Overall, their prices can be a bit better on some repairs but I do recommend this shop.

They had a car listed. So I went to the dealership to see it and waited a hour and half for them to "find it" only to find out that it had been pending sale and they had it up since they were waiting on 1 more signed document from the other buyer. Waste of time.

They are very transparent about what has to be done on your car supplying a video of the necessary work and parts. They are friendly and it was easy transferring to a rental.My only complaint was the radio did work and they updated it , but as I was leaving the radio didn't gave any sound so it was never checked after the update.. I had to come back and they kept the car another day.

The car got an "all green" safety report, the maintenance itself was quickly and capably performed, and they gave me a complimentary car wash. Th service adviser was courteous and responsive to my questions. Pinebelt is an excellent dealership with a top rate service department. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks goys!

I was impressed with everything. My 2023 Forester had a small oil leak. I was asked to leave the car overnight and Pine Belt couldn't have been nicer. They got me a Lyft home and then later on were able to give me a courtesey car so I could keep all of my appointments the next day. The problem was address professionally and with courtesy.
