Grout my SUV in twice for recalls and had to bring it back after both times. First time it was knocking and it was because bolts were not tightened enough. Second time oil leaked all over my garage floor because oil plug was not tightened. Teach your technician. To do better!!!

First time because they didn't tighten the bolts and vehicle was knocking when driving and second time oil was leaking all over garage floor because they didn't tighten the oil plug.
