I recommend this dealership for service work on my 2021 Pilot. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for when the shop opened at 7 a.m. The work was completed within an hour. The service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. She ensured my certified Honda vehicle oil change was covered as stated in the purchase agreement. The dealership is new and super clean and state of the art.

I enjoy getting my car serviced here and have been for years. The only complaint I have is my tire pressures are never checked for accuracy when they are rotated or a new one is placed. I had to get someone to correct them. Other than that quick fix on upcoming services. I appreciate Pine Belt Service Team.

Even though I had not scheduled an appointment, I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour and a half. While that seems long, I got a full summer service package that include changing oil, break fluid and service on the air conditioner along with other service items. I liked the email update that kept me informed as to the status of the process.

Grout my SUV in twice for recalls and had to bring it back after both times. First time it was knocking and it was because bolts were not tightened enough. Second time oil leaked all over my garage floor because oil plug was not tightened. Teach your technician. To do better!!!

Twice we've had our car serviced for recalls and after both times we've had to bring our vehicle back for problems. First time because they didn't tighten the bolts and vehicle was knocking when driving and second time oil was leaking all over garage floor because they didn't tighten the oil plug. Teach your technicians to do better!

Staff was very friendly and nice, although they weren't very good at communication for a part they had to had shipped in. They told me it was there and I drove almost half an hour and then it wasn't there yet, and then waited a week no response and had to call to see if that part had arrived that I had already paid for. Other than that the experience was very good.

The lady who worked with me was super bad. She was forcing me to keep my car for the next day because she wanted to leave early. I worked for alighnment. Before going for it, I asked her for the price, but later I see the price is higher than what she says, even though my problem was not fixed. I will never go there again.

just awful it shouldn't take getting irate just to get them to honor a manufacturer warranty on a battery that failed. the last service wasn't much better & i cant believe they would let that simple exchange be what cost them my repeat business, but customer service has gone way down since moving to the new location & i will look elsewhere for service (especially my next vehicle)
