My daughter took the car in for the service. As far as I know, the service was what it was taken in for.
The cover on the back windshield wiper had been taken off when a new wiper was purchased. They did not put the cover back on so I had her ask Pine Belt if they would put it back on and they did. The problem now is the cover is scraping the window when it is turned on. What do you recommend that I do?

All good !!! EXCEPT I asked Not to rotate my tires and they did anyway. Ordered two new tires for next Oil Change from Chevy Dealer and they put two new ones I bought last month on Back and two with 67,000 miles off back on front. Not good. I am tippie toeing around till next Oil Change to get other two New tires.

We had a flat tire that if we tried to plug the leak, it would have been unsafe. Our protection plan allowed for a new tire. The only hiccup was the duration of getting the new tire. We notified Pine Belt Chevrolet on a Wednesday. The new tire was installed on the following Tuesday. Pine Belt Chevrolet was extremely easy and professional to deal with.

I made an online appointment for 4 recalls on my Silverado. The service manager was knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Within 45 minutes the repairs were made and I was on the way. While waiting I had a pleasant conversation with a salesman. I had to drive 60 miles to the dealership but it was well worth it.

This was my first time visiting this dealership, and my experience was not as positive as I expected. The service was not very friendly, and I would have thought that as a first-time customer, someone would have explained what was included with the service. At the end of my visit, no one explained how the oil change service went or if everything checked out. Better communication and customer service would greatly improve the overall experience. I did not feel valued as a customer.
