Pierre Ford was GREAT. I would recommend them again. What I wouldn't recommend is the concentric slave design for the clutch that Ford made and is what failed prematurely that necessitated this repair. That wasn't the fault of Pierre Ford at all. Hats off to Peirre Ford and their customer relations and work fixing my truck.

Bill and his team are always great. Excellent service. Just as an update, I was able to get my audio system up & running again by pulling the fuse. I think the sync system was performing an update and that caused the glitch. No engine warning light on dashboard and truck works like a champ. Thanks!! -David

At first, they were great.theybtpok us in because it was an emergency. Our truck had transmission issues and we were in Seattle because my mother was dying. They said we needed a new transmission and it was covered. They only fixed part of it and it went out again on the way home after my mother passed. Felt betrayed.
