They don't even deserve one star but I had to give it. They did nothinggave lots of needless information and a run around. I've called the service manager (numerous times) and never received a call back Been with this dealership close to 30 years and have never been treated this way. Horrible.

Was having our free inspection done & was told that for our appointment to drop off the car at 9:30 am. The car was there until after 3:00 pm. My drive to there is a 45 minute ride. Since I had an appointment, I expected to be there until 11:00 am. It should not have taken that long to inspect our car. Very frustrating & disappointing experience.

In and out quickly. They handled the repairs effectively. They could not find any issue with one concern, and that concern persists - that is my only criticism. There is a knock when I turn the steering wheel. They could not duplicate the issue, and so they found no solution to the issue.

Piazza Honda service is best-in-class, consistently, since I first experienced their team in 2019. Prior to that I was with Euromotorcars of Devon for 20+ years serving Mercedes S550's and similar. No one called to tell us who our service rep was. I only received an Phone message welcoming us to the service center. We never received a call to tell us our vehicle was completed. I asked to pick up by 3:00 pm on drop off envelope. No call explaining why it wasn't ready by that time. This kind of service is unacceptable. We've been coming here since we bought the CRV new in 2017. All work was completed though.

The employees at Piazza are always very polite, professional, and pleasant. The only thing I did not like was that I had made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there, was transferred to the express area. It took an hour and a half for my oil change to be completed and since I had originally made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait, I found this very frustrating.

Front desk is helpful and friendly. Was given a quote of $1700 in 2012 Civic to fix front dashboard where it wouldn't read odometer. I changed the fuse (with a spare one) by looking at you tube video in 2 minutes. Technicians should know about these kind of simple things.
