There are auto repair shops, and then there is Phoenix Auto. These guys are a head and shoulder above the rest!
Everyone I spoke and interacted with was professional and friendly. So accommodating with communication, and scheduling. Also the FASTEST shop i've ever worked with. I needed a 24 hour turn around for repairs on my vehicle and they delivered! I can not recommend this shop enough. Thanks fellas!

Phoenix is great. Friendly service, fair pricing and no nonsense. They are professional, provide accurate estimates and do not look to upcharge for Extra services. They will tell you if there is a problem, but is it your choice if it needs to be fixed.

I have an original 93 silverado swb 5.7
that I took to Phoenix Auto for a tune up.
1,700 later I go to pick my truck up today
and was shocked. The drivers side window was broke down inside door and
there was plastic covering my window.
After this shock I look in the back and
my concealed tool box had been broken
into and all my tools stolen. I open the
drivers door and thought something felt odd my interior door handle was on the floor my drivers side door panel basically
ripped out of door so I ask for a manager
who comes out to tell me I will need to
file a police report and if he had time being he was so busy he would try to review the video footage. I called the police and was told the establishment would need to call. I've been on the phone
all day and have gotten nowhere. I wouldn't recommend Phoenix Auto to my
worst enemy this place is a joke. Caveat
after 1,700 my truck is in worse shape now I need to find an original pristine
door panel that these backyard mechanic's destroyed.

I can't recommend Phoenix Auto Repair enough. My daughter is 900 miles away from home and started having car trouble her first week in Nashville. A local dealer quoted her an insane amount for repairs, and I was worried she was being taken advantage of.
I called Phoenix and spoke with Joe, who was fantastic. He did a full diagnostic, including a Carfax history check, to see what the car really needed. Without me telling him what the dealer found, his diagnostic confirmed the same issuesbut at a much fairer price.
We ended up having them do the spark plugs, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and air filters. It's a huge relief to find a shop you can trust from states away. If you have a student in Nashville, take their car to Phoenix Auto Repair!

Flew out to buy a rust free 02 Chevy s-10 from Minnesota. After flight delays and other trip encounters. Met with the seller @ 1:00AM and just bought the truck. As we started driving down the freeway into Nashville. Truck was flashing the CEL and running terrible A/F. Found a hotel, next morning started searching for shops with a good rating and that did same day service (Banking on it something easy). Found Phoenix Auto Repair had a good rating called in and they immediately said bring it in we will get you looked at. Brad checked us in and offered us a rental car that was way cheaper than Ubering music city. So, we took it and toured the city. After some emotional frustrations on my spur of the moment purchase and discussions on what was going on with the truck. I as an experienced mechanic. I found that this shop is really knowledgeable and knows their stuff. They are very thorough and want to fix the "cause", not just the problem. They are a friendly shop who are there to get you back on the road. If I find more rust free vehicles in TN. I am definitely using them as an inspection shop. Would highly recommend them to anybody.
