All of my rims have nicks in them from them being careless when rotating tires, along with not putting valve stem cap back on.
They have been very sloppy with the accuracy of putting the correct mileage on services and told me my DS visor was not covered under my warranty which I had to go to another dealer to get covered. Do not recommend.

It was bad because first, the car they serviced was a 2023 Toyota Corolla, but they put the information for a 2024 Toyota Corolla, which doesn't have that many miles; it has fewer. My 2024 car only has 33,757 miles. The mileage shown there is from my other car, a 2023 model. There's an error there.

I liked the manner by which I as treated from my arrival to the dealer and up until my departure, however, based on my own experience and what other customers shared, the waiting area was very boring, and the renovations are still ongoing.
If it is a matter of waiting around one hour, perhaps, its fine, but after 2 hours, you begin to feel the boredom!
Other than that, everything else was fine!

I want to print this by saying that the guy that helped me, was great. He wasn't my issue. Again, whoever was my service advisor was good. I'm only giving one star because I arrived at 8:10 AM. Only had a few things scheduled to be done, and I was there for five hour. I did not leave until a little after 1:10. I don't know about you, but I think that's a little bit ridiculous. Also the prices are outrageously inflated.

I like the way they explained everything they would be doing. They knew I needed to only be back home at a certain time and they made it happen. Very good service and explanations.
This is my second time there and I will be going back.

As always a bang up performance let me know what my car needed after a year although a little bit above my budget I had it done, although I am still having an issue with my usb port that disconnects when traveling along bumpy roads although the usb cord is brand new so I don't know if this is a flaw with Toyota vehicles because I am always replacing the usb cable even swapping them out.

I had a great service advisor, Melanie. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They also said I had 2 recalls they. Could do. This would take 1-2 hours. No problem. Except there was a problem. One of the recalls was a software update. Unfortunately it kept showing an error.5 hours later it was fixed. Really not the the mechanics fault. All in all a good experience.

Started on schedule. Some unknown needs revealed. Unneeded recommendation was rescinded when tech confirmed my model did not have the component. Desired wheel alignment not done because said it would make the car pull so I'm left with rotated tires out of alignment. Doesn't make sense to me but I'll wear the tires out. Seemed like service was pushing for high margin business. I didn't leave with confidence in the service.

They just reset the error on my parking brake which doesn't explain why it errored out. The vehicle is under warranty now but whatever problem triggered the inability to use the parking brake still exists and will probably reoccur later once the car is no longer in the warranty period. The oil change/tire rotation was fine.

Brought vehicle 3 times and got back leaking coolant from hose, front bumper coming apart and vehicle out of timing due to improper repair. Horrible workmanship and the best part the master tech performed the work.
I will never bring vehicle to this dealership.
