Took my 2023 Chevy 1500 Duramax in for repair to the transmission. They had to repair the control valve body and filter due to an internal failure. It took just under 2 wks to get it back (which I hear is quick compared to others with the same issue). In all, it was a fairly quick turn around. Fairly friendly customer service.

The car was missing many features we were looking for. We were willing to compromise on the features with the price we offered (a difference of $800). Seller needs to be more knowledgeable about the car which is a newer model (completely understandable). Overall, it was a pleasant experience than the usual car dealerships. We got the car we wanted from another dealer. Thank you!

I was contacted by service manager and he requested I not return my vehicle to service department for my wheel alignment as the service department did not want to be involved. He said a frame shop should make all repairs needed. My truck has been successfully repaired now and driving to Frankfort for any future repairs will never occur again.

I received a Christmas gift certificate for this service which was a 40 mile drive from my house. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been to this dealer before. I was very impressed with the service. Very friendly employees. A car wash was included amongst other services. excellent experience. if they weren't so far from my home I would definitely consider them for all my service work.

I have been given the run around on a warranty claim. I have a one year old truck with a defective accessory they installed now twice and Crooked Phillips Chevrolet is trying to dodge the elephant in the room. They admit the accessory has a history of failure but continued to sell it. The answer I got from this crooked dealer was to pay to replace it with a different model. I will not be silenced on this matter!
