I liked that they provided me with a courtesy drop off home after leaving my car for a regular oil change. I liked that they made me aware of the cost before performing the service and they even washed my car after the service was done. They are always very friendly and have excellent customer service! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Awesome technicians and excellent service. They really understand these cars and do a deep dive troubleshooting on the car to diagnose any faults. Also, prices are way better than BMW of Columbia and staff is much more pleasant. When your luxury vehicle warranty is up, check them out and you will not be disappointed.

I just purchased this car on 1/31/16 and it needed some work done because it was running hot, so it was sent to Philips Motor. The car was taken their just because of it running hot, but with the company doing a greet inspection they was able to fix other things as well!
