I asked for a tire rotation and oil change. I only got an oil change, because I was told the tires didnt need rotation. Its been over 10K miles and I wanted my tires rotated, which is why I asked for tire rotation and didnt ask if it was needed. I got an apology, but now I need to take my car in AGAIN to have the tire rotation again.

The service representative met with us and told us what services were about to be done to our car. We were also told the approximate amount of time that it would take. We were offered a seat, and a cup of coffee, and told that they would notify us when the service was complete.

Went in to get my brakes looked at as I thought they needed to be replaced, but apparently, they were still good. Though while they were inspecting my car, they found a leak at the CV boots, I rescheduled for that work and luckily it was all still covered under my warranty.

I did not receive a service for my Kia Rio on 9/5/24. I don't know why this has shown up as a service completion when my car has received no service from Phil Long Kia; this is incorrect information and may be fraudulent on Phil Long Kia's part or Carfax's. I was not even in the state of Colorado and on a trip without my car (9/4/24-9/9/24) so it would be physically impossible for a service to occur.

I detailed my car the day before taking it in for service. When I picked it up - the 3rd row seat was down with dirt and rocks all over in the back. I also had a chip on the hood. I called and spoke to the service and they said they would call me back to schedule a detail and to repair the chip. They never called back.
