I know I purchased a cheaper as is vehicle but didn't expect to run into a $1000 repair on a $6000 vehicle in the first week that would have been caught if they plugged in a code reader. I feel like the service is getting worse every year.

I was very happy that I called early on Nov. 12 to get an oil change and to see why the ENGINE light was ON. I explained I needed to make a sudden trip to San Diego (abt 3,000 miles) In & out in 1.5 hrs. Great! On NOV 25 I receive an EMAIL stating I had $1666.00 damage under the car "from hitting a curb??" Why wasn't I told of the damage before I left the service shop????? VERY UNHAPPY

The radiator over flow tank was bone dry, i noticed it 24 hours later and got some antifreeze and filled it up. 1/2 gallon worth. The windshield was cracked 8 places. I brought it to finances attention twenty minutes after driving off the lot. He said he would have someone call me but no one responded so my insurance replaced the windshield and the tires were dry rotted. They told me its my issue now. So stay away

It was great that they came to me to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars if the inside lever continued to work but it only worked a couple times then quit. Oh well such as life glad I did not have to pay for it. The worker was very nice, much nicer then the other people I have encountered from this location. So over all I am happy I did not have to go sit and wait and deal with anyone in person there.

It was good. Everything went well. The only thing I didn't like was that I had my tires rotated and my tire pressure is off. One tire has 8 psi more than the others. Also, they didn't set the computer to show the service was done so my car kept telling me that it needed serviced after it was already done.

They absolutely did not service the vehicle and they never replaced the windshield. I just purchased the vehicle on Monday February 24 so I don't know how they put a a service report for the 18th because they never touched the vehicle. That's a lie. That service report is not accurate.

We bought the car used in October, 2024. A month later, they asked us to bring the car back to them to "certify" the vehicle. It was given a clean bill of health. Two months later we took it in for a normal oil change. They suddenly discovered that it had 7 issues with 3 of them considered to be "critical." Very disappointed with the service department.
