The person I worked with was very nice and they were able to order a Lyft for me so that I didn't have to wait all day on site. I think they did a good job but nothing was ever explained to me on what they actually did for the recalls, so I don't actually know.

It took close to 2 hours with my appointment, longer than usual, and while there is a decent waiting area, it was not stocked with any snacks, not usual for this location. They usually wash your car after your service appointment, another nice touch, which they aren't doing any longer. All the cutbacks and wait times make me wonder if there has been a management change.

The customer service personal needs help w information and support. The apt felt rushed and the individual seem to lack understanding of anything outside of the task. Any other questions pertaining to my account outside of my vehicle being serviced seem very difficult to answer. Frustrating, and it felt like they were doing me a favor.

Everything was awful. Long delays in getting the repair approved, no communication unless I reached out, took months to get what should have been a simple OEM warranty paint item approved. And this dealership didn't even do the work! An auto body shop did.

Nice courteous people, but the problems with my vehicle have yet to get fixed and this last time was the third time taking it in for the same problems. Even though they are nice people, they don't necessarily think outside of the box for solutions, you have to do the critical thinking for them.

I appreciate it when they greet us by name and walk us to an area to wait for our vehicle. They also provide us with snacks and drinks. They are always kind and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Their prices are fair, and they always check with us before completing any work with the price of parts and labor.

I saw and purchased the car August 22nd. I could tell it had been fully serviced. Even the air and cabin filters are new. What I don't know is if the tires are original equipment. They appear new, but knowing the age would give me some idea of the quality.

Safety was the number one concern of the rep. I had a bad tire and unfortunately there were none in stock. They had a tire there the next day and offered to get me a ride home, but I just had my wife pick me up when she was going out. I picked up the car the next day without issue.

Honestly, I don't typically give bad reviews, but the service at Phil Long Hyundai has been so bad I have to rate it a 1 out of 5. This was my fourth time for a knock sensor warning and I am still having issues. I am very unsatisfied with my service and I have attempted to reach out to them directly multiple times with no resolution.

I want to rate this much higher. I bought my car here and my buddy works here.... but I just can't. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and it look over two hours. Even though I had an appointment. Two hours. That's absolutely absurd. Aside from that the amenities there are... eh. There are a few things that you can pick up, but no vending machines and no place nearby to walk to for coffee, snacks, or food.

They did not do the service that they were supposed to do. They did not rotate the tires. The service manager had to take it back in to get it done. Delivery of the car was in the rain even though they had a place inside for delivery.
