The young man who greeted me in the entry line and the young lady who took care of my service were great. They get 5 stars. In between them, I had a long wait. A little unusual as the service department typically takes care of you as soon as you walk in the door.

Their customer service is top notch!
Ms. Rebekah was my service advisor; she made sure I had a shuttle to a nearby coffee shop while I waited. Ron did a great job updating me on the progress of my car. And the associate that assisted me when picking up my car explained the services my car received. Even though this dealership is further, I make sure I come to this one because it's such a positive experience every time.

Service on car and help from advisor (Matt Joiner) were excellent and performed in a timely manner. The new customer service area and waiting room are very nice. However the acoustics leave a lot to be desired. Very loud and noisy! I hope this can be remedied.

Went in for all the normal routine maintenance. Had a flat tire the next morning. Went back to have it checked. They found no problems but also told me I needed new tires which they hadn't mentioned the day before. Conveniently they had a set of tires for my civic available for a cool $1100. I declined. No problems with the tire since. Won't be going back.

Staff was very friendly and I felt like they did not try to sell me work that did not need to be done. Worked efficiently- originally quoted 3-4 hours for a recall repair as well as oil and filter change, but had it all done in 2 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Our Service Tech, Joanna, was very knowledgeable and explained our car's problem thoroughly. It was determined to be a manufacturer's problem and corrections were made at no cost to us. There were also two recalls on our vehicle that were corrected during our visit, too. All was done efficiently and cheerfully.

Everyone was very courteous, the place is always clean. They provide snacks and water and coffee. The only thing I didn't like was the 2 hour wait to check out a couple of recalls that ended up not needing any repairs. I think they booked too many appointments too close together.

I didn't like the extremely long wait even though I had an appointment. After waiting an hour someone should have checked in with me but I went to the desk after waiting an hour and a half to check in. When he was stating the recommendations he seemed a little snarky-but maybe it was just a bad day? The service is too expensive and I left just not feeling good about it.

Service is always good, and truthful. My only complaint this time was the wait. the service department was under renovation, so we all sat in the showroom. It was busy, but with the side doors opening and closing every few minutes, it was freezing. My feet were numb. Perhaps a couple of space heaters. I am normally warm natured, and the people around me complained of the cold as well. Other than that, it was good.

The services I have received in the past 6 years have been excellent. I have had some very expensive repairs an example the transmission, and they have worked with me where they could the help would cost. I have also had a hiccup on billing and the service manager took care of it with a smile and apology. I highly recommend the steelers ship.Are any of your vehicle needs.

Very old dealership service department, probably the most run down I've ever seen. Independent shops have been cleaner and better equipped for customer experience (especially some of the newer independent shops). You're getting dealership prices but inner city hole in the wall amenities.

A tire was under-inflated (by 10 psi) within 5 miles after leaving. I was originally charged more for an oil change than listed in their website and when I questioned this was told that I should have mentioned the price I was expecting before service. I've been using this dealership for 17 years and have never been treated this way.

All service people were friendly, accommodating and competent. They did all we asked (except to check on the paint on the driver's door). We were happy that they were able to find at least one of the two key fobs that we lost. I only wish your office was closer to us.
