My experience was ok but there are questionable things with the dealership and in the area I live in both Ford dealers have shakey sales and repair quoates that are questionable so that's why I will not recommend this dealership for repair work nor sales of a vehicle

It took 3 weeks for the total repair process to get all the parts in, the actual repair, and to get the VSP to authorize the payments. However, the truck has no issues to date and Pettus worked with my VSP company and got all the repairs covered with no out of pocket cost to me. I'm very pleased with everything and couldn't be happier that Pettus spent the time to work with the VSP company to get all the cost covered.
