Pettus had possession of my vehicle from Tuesday at 8:00AM until Friday afternoon when they finally did the diagnosis and determined the problem was a broken transmission mount. This meant they didn't inform my repair insurance until late Friday so I wasn't able to get a rental car until the following Tuesday.
Diagnostics should be done the same day they receive the car, especially because I had an (8:00AM) appointment.
