I like the service, I don't like that you charge a $4.00 service charge for using a credit card. Most car repairs are costly and I did not know ahead of time about the additional charge to use a credit card. It's a good thing that I had enough cash with me to cover the bill. I'm looking at other dealerships that don't carry an extra charge. One more thing, is that I ordered my Hemi Challenger from this dealership.

Peterson Chrysler coordinated logistics with the body shop, handled my nearly-due oil change & tire rotation, all in one visit. Communication was all you could ask for. My car was finished on time, looking like new, and I had a loaner to use while mine was in the shop. All in all, a pleasant service experience.

Was missing manual, they replaced right away. Rattling noice front end suspension. They fixed right away. Former owner was smoker, they have treated twice, this is going to be ongoing. Problem. Two break out holes in back storage area that they knew about, but where not disclosed to me. This is and ongoing problem that hasn't been resolved yet. Over all I feel I got a good deal and am enjoying this vehicle.
