I have been a long time customer of Peter's Honda and have never been disappointed in the service. My current Service Advisor Stephanie Hewey follows through on the service both with a smile but also with a full explanation what was done and what I can expect in the future. I would be lost without her guidance and help. She is one of the main reasons I have returned to buy my cars at Peter's of which I own two and am on my 5th purchase.

Overall excellent customer service and service on the Accord, as always accommodating for an appt time, professional, pleasant, honest, service advisor listens and makes time to discuss or explain things. I always receive a post service communication from the Service Mgr the following day to confirm I had excellent service and if not to reach out to him. Pleasant waiting area and private business area if I need to make or take calls.

Great car. Warranty coverage can do more than just oil change and cosmetic repair and be transparent if their sophisticated equipment did not ketch damaged rims. The person bringing my car for the routine work could of been upfront about it instead of being busy making money getting their money's worth even though it was suppode to be zero money b d cause I paid significant warranty almost 5,000 dollars.

Brought CRV in for paracsitic electric dis-charge because battery died. Suggested new battery. New battery died 2 weeks later. Brought it in again and they could not find discharge. I told them door handles acting wierd. They said drive it more. Using same driving I've done for past 5 year with no problems till door handles started acting wierd.

Thank you for taking the time to share your continued concerns regarding the battery draining concern. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially given that it has impacted a vehicle that has otherwise served you reliably for years. Based on the symptoms and standard diagnostics at that time, it appeared the battery itself may have been the issue. However, since the new battery also failed within two weeks, it's clear that there may be an intermittent electrical drain that wasn't present during our initial testing. The technician noted that the parasitic draw was within Honda's specification. Would you be able to call me at 603-889-1166 so i can setup a future appointment to drop the vehicle off overnight to see if we can duplicate the concern?

Service rep very personable; however, I have more recently seem a "miscellaneous charge" at the bottom of the bill for which there is no detail or explanation. Service reps explanation also lacked specificity dealer service is already very expensive without add- ons. Lastly I miss the fact that Peter's no longer wash the car's outside as part of service.

so easy, pull up to the service door, drive through the inspection machine and as soon as you get out of your car you are greeted by your service rep. My issue was for a tailgate camera wiring harness recall. But my service rep made me aware that I was very close to required oil change, so I ok'd that. It was done in less than an hour and my service rep was great

The service was fine. But on my way home the tire pressure sensor thing came on. When I got home and stopped the car I reset the thing. It hasn't come on since, so no idea what happened. Wasn't going to contact Peter's service department unless it came back on. So one star off, but overall, satisfied with the service.

The service tech I had was a bit of a wreck. Wrong list of activities. Didn't communicate with me that my car was done, creating a scheduling issue for me, and my estimate was well off to the north. That last part may have been their way of rectifying. Generally Peter's does a great job in all regards.
