Service was great, when I first arrived, I pulled into a enclosed garage area. Then went inside to drop off my car, they asked when I would need the car back, I said 2 pm, they called Me at 1pm to let me know it was done. The office was clean; the people were helpful. I found out later they did a video related to service that was performed that day. awesome

They seemed to be a nice dealership. However, they do not do internet sales. Meaning I live about 375 miles from them and wanted to buy the vehicle and have it shipped to my home - I would arrange transportation and they would be paid in full prior to pick up. They have a policy against any internet sales which seems strange since I have been buying cars through the internet sight unseen for over 20 years.

The young woman who scheduled this recall service also checked me in and out. I appreciate the continuity and her friendly nature. The other Mazda dealer always washed my car without even asking me. The video link that was texted to me did not work. My text reply was not answered. No biggie but both subtracted a star.

The car was in for its first service with fewer than 4000 miles. The service advisor was polite. The technician's video was not narrated and was laughably uninformative and carelessly done. The dirty car was returned unwashed. I would not choose this shop for any significant repairs.
