At other independent garages staffed by the mechanics you're interrupting the, when you call. I have caught the garage making some charges I wanted to question, but the convenience they provide trumps that.

After my car broke down and I had to spend the night and rest area thankfully I have AAA. I was able to make arrangements with personal car care they got me in first thing in the morning and took care of me and got me back on the road. It was a little steep price-wise but in an emergency I guess that's what happens. But they did a good job. The mechanic was a little rude to me though, considering I'm spending $1,500.

Car did not start in the garage at 6:00 p.m. used it one hour before. Determine it was the starter. On Wednesday morning call personal to schedule the repair and they were able to. Called AAA to tow car and they arrived within 1.5 hours. Repair eas completed by 3:30 and back on the road.

The place was fantastic. They did some basic work for me quick and easy. I then had some items that needed to troubleshooting and not only were they great in working through the problems but only charged me when able to fix the problem (1 issue was much more complex than I wanted to have done). A VERY pleasant experience and I would highly recommend to friends and family along with anyone (thats how comfortable I am with the company.
