I was treated very well. The Perma Plate took less than 2 hours, which was quick. There were snacks and I was made to feel very comfortable. I am not sure yet how well the Perma Plate works or how long it actually lasts. I do wish the technicians would have informed me if it was applied to windows, lights or rims. I ordered my own to use around the inside of my doors and trunk. I may use some on my lights for good measuse.

They haven't been able to fix either of my claims as this time: Armrest or windshield. They sent someone out about the torn armrest immediately but couldn't fix it & wouldn't replace it. The windshield doesn't appear to be covered.
