I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which took over an hour and then when did delivered my truck to me my wheel key lock was missing it took almost another 40 minutes for them to replace the wheel locks and get me down the road very unsatisfied

Service was not done. The service advisor kept the vehicle for two (2) days and didn't get a technician to look or diagnose the potential problem. I have an appointment to get the vehicle checked. I took the vehicle back because my wife need transportation to do errands.

Terrible every time. Didn't fix the problem, and fortunately they agreed not to charge me, but also wouldn't do what was needed to resolve the issue with the car. So 2 days in the shop, and had to take it elsewhere to have the job completed. It was a simple issue, by the way.

Friendly, Welcoming, real fast service. I was told it would take a lil over an hour for an oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Oh, they could use a little more selection of magazines some tea and muffins. This will make it a 5 star all day every day.

The dealer did everything I wanted done in a timely manner, however when they came out to tell me about a few other things they found, one of them was not justified, they said I needed to replace the serpentine belt so I took the vehicle home and checked, I could not find any cracking in this belt, bad diagnos .

Typical oil, lube, tire rotation, etc. despite a busy workload the work was completed on very timely basis. Additional coolant was also completed. From entering the bay door to leaving the customer service was top notch. Will continue to use Perkins as their overall sales and maintenance performance is top notch.

I made an appointment for 10:00 am and when I checked in I was told they would need my car for 2 days because there were cars ahead of me. They ended up having my car for 3 days to replace a thermostat and break pads. I was also charged a diagnostic fee of 190.00 that should be subtracted from the bill If they provide the service. I was informed that this is just how they do things. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

They had my part for 2 weeks before my appointment. After I dropped off my car they took over 24 hours to actually look at my vehicle. Once they took my vehicle back they didn't look in the box the part came in that was damaged to see that it wasn't even in the box. And now they don't even know if they will get new parts. The service lady was amazing though.

Took 3 hours for an oil and oil filter change. On the the way home I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working. When I got home I called the service department and left a message and they didn't return my call. I had another shop check out my AC and they put in a fuse which has corrected the problem. No fuse for the AC in the fuse box. Makes me wonder.

I bought my car there and it was great servi e my ac went out and i had made my appt a month or linger lrior to when i took it in my car was there from 8to4 and they didnt fix nothing just did an inspection and said they were too busy and asked me if i coukd take it in the next morning and i couldnt because of work i really was not happy knowing my car was there all day and they didnt even fix it.

I took my 2007 Dodge stratus in to have them check everything out since I was getting the car ready to give to my granddaughter. They gave me a list of items that needed to be fixed and went ahead and ok'd the repairs. They had it for a month and when I picked it up it didn't sound right. I'll just leave at that!!!

They always have good service at Perkins. This particular time the young lady brought in a cabin filter didnt mind. You was disgusting and said you might want to consider replacing this, she said the filter will be 30 and installation will be 20 I think the correct thing to do was just say its $50 installed. Youre gonna have to put the old one back in and reassemble it anyway without the $20. Just struck me wrong.

I'm glad i got in short notice. Only oil change without rotation or 100k svc. Def not the only ones, but a pet peeve of mine is that no one cleans up oil residue after draining all over skid plates or under body deflectors. Take a few seconds and do it the first time, be better than the other non-oem places.

Even with an appointment for routine service made weeks in advance, the dealership did not have the supplies available to do the work so I will have to make another appointment, return to the dealership and hope they have the transmission fluid in hand to do the work.

Our jeep had the check engine light back on within the next day and now we cant get service for a month. It took longer than anticipated and they didnt have a rental car which severely affected our day to day. This is the third trip we have taken the jeep in for.

The service department is very efficient and fast. The lobby/waiting area is comfortable, so the wait went by fast. The Service Department manager that handled our vehicle was very good about explaining in layman's terms what the issue was and what had to be done. The mechanics were very careful to protect the interior of the vehicle. Would go back again if needed.

I asked them to look at my brakes because I thought one of them could be sticking, wasnt on the work order,and when I asked them about it they said to make a appointment for them to look at it at $190 per hour. Brakes are kinda important to be working properly. I wont be back to the Dealership.
