Had the transfer case replaced under warranty and it took a month due to delays in getting the part. The dealership did good work repairing it and the delay was not their fault. I felt communication with me could have been better but overall the repair went well. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Perkins has moved to an average dealership over the years. Coffee was not fresh (or hot) in the waiting area and the snacks weren't the best. Communication is average too. This is compared to the way things were when I started going there years ago. For some reason, the dealership is moving in the wrong direction.

The price what quite the sticker shock and when I asked about labor it was around 2500.00 and labor was 225.95 per hour. Which I thought was pretty steep and to top if off with what I paid now there is a surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously??? I guarantee that full $225.00 did go to the tech working on my car. Can't believe that how much you charge for labor, you cannot even pay the surcharge for using a Credit Card.

Took my Jeep to this dealer twice for the same issue. Had to take it to another dealer after the problem persisted and they found issues that were repairable and actually did the service Perkins was supposed to do and now the Jeep is running just fine. These folks are not honest, did not complete services related to the issue that could have been done to actually improve the initial concern.

Length of time they kept the car. I am 80 years old, many years ago I could change the motor , and associated devices that should wear and tear in two or three hours. It took them four days and no communications as to why it too \k them so long. When asked the manager said it too three days to order the part. I know there was a part or parts at the local NAPA store. Lets get real.

They fix the problem with the step, not coming down, but now all my presets on my seat in my garage door don't work anymore unable to program, but it seems to be one thing or another Other than that, it was great and they did waive my hundred dollar deductible since they didn't get it fixed the first time

I went in without an appointment after a huge snow storm after my truck decided to go into auto park and doing a lot of weird things. I was told I probably would get a call until the following Wednesday since this was Saturday morning. My advisor gave me updated information Monday and, my truck was done by Tuesday afternoon. Dodge/Mopar does not make the Dart anymore. Finding repair parts is difficult if not impossible. The team at Perkins did its best but could not fix my car. Paying over $800.00 for their efforts over almost 2 weeks was less than half of original estimate to fix the problems. The team was kind and extremely sorry they could not fix my car. They have ordered the part from a manufacturer but no idea when/ if can get it.
