My TPMS light went on and I could not find a problem with my tire pressures so I assumed a sensor was bad. Performance checked and found my spare tire was low. I didn't know it had a sensor. They aired up the spare and the light went out. No charge.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for about 5 years now. Friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable. I travel a lot as an umpire, but never worry about my vehicle not getting me there, safe and sound. They are not real pushy about upselling, but I respect their advice.

Blew a tire on one of Topeka's "famous" potholes. Was towed and dropped off unannounced to Performance Tire's North store. Justin and his team worked me in, pulled the flat and replaced it with a new tire with very little wait time even though they were having a very busy morning.
A wonderful group of people in the North Topeka shop!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I took my car in for brakes, they were worse after they put on new ones than before I took my car in. Took it back the tech guys gave me a song & dance about it would take 400 miles before they would work well and my brake pedal would stop going to the floor to stop, if it even would slow down. I am going somewhere else now to see what they did wrong. They don't even rotate your tires with an oil change without a fee.

My son took my car into Performance Tire & Wheel Group to get a tire on my car repaired. Apparently there was a nail in the tire. The crew at Performance Tire were able to fix the tire in a timely fashion and my son was able to pick me up and get me to another appointment that I had later that day. Kudos to Performance Tire for getting my tire fixed!!

Performance Tire took care of my problem quickly and at a reasonable price. They were able to schedule my vehicle in for repairs quickly then performed the diagnosis and repair quickly as well They called with the diagnostic results and had a price quote for repairs immediately ready for my decision and approval. Very good experience.

I purchased some new tires from them a few months ago and one of the tires kept losing air. I took it in to get the tire fixed. It had a nail in it, and they fixed it for no charge. And I was in and out there in less than 30 minutes.
Was very pleased the service.

Speedy service, friendly staff, and they are always helpful. Replaced my air filters for me since Im lazy. Only reason its not 5 stars is they charged me $25/filter and I know one of them is only $9... but I didnt have to change them myself so Im not too concerned.

They got me in on a Saturday, and I was in and out quickly. The service was excellent, and the staff friendly. I got a complementary (usually $15) check of my car where they check tires, belts, fluid, filters, lights, etc. they photograph your tires and measure the tread left! Very impressed and will take my vehicle back to them in the future!
