I have been to this location multiple times before. This time was different from the rest. The staff were visually irritated and complaining out loud about how many cars were in line. I found it odd they were so vocal about it. I almost said forget it and was going to go somewhere else. I get that work can be irritating at times but to let your patrons hear and see the annoyance is not reassuring when taking your car in for maintenance.

Besides the fact that it was the 4th Van's we had been to that day trying to get an oil change - they actually got us right in. The other three places were slower than molasses and had cars lined up all over. Only one bay seemed to be manned.

Went in to get an oil change. They took previous windshield sticker. They asked if I wanted the classic plus. I confirmed. After I paid, I noticed my bill was about 30 dollars higher . One of the attendants made a mistake and they upcharged me and put full synthetic in my vehicle. Was there over 40 minutes waiting for this to get straightened out. Voided out the 86 dollar charge and charged me the correct amount for what I asked for. Now waiting on the 3-5 business days for the original charge to credit to my account.
