I needed an oil change for high mileage Ford Fusion. Prices seemed higher than normal compared to other oil changes in my home state.. Failed to reset oil life monitoring system but did top off other fluids and checked about 10 other items. Mechanic indicated oil was blacker than normal and offered to perform an engine flush which I turned down. Otherwise, service was quick.

Ask how much it's going to cost you before they begin the work. Somehow my $59.99 oil change before I used my $7 off coupon came up to a total of $75! I was stunned and they seemed annoyed that I was questioning how It cost me $20 more than what their signage right in front of me says.

Inexperienced mechanics. After completeing oil change they didn't put my scrape guard back on all the way so when I pulled away it was dragging so I had to loop back around for them to put it on correctly. Will stick to the Dealership for service from now on.
