Good service the few times I have been there. Seems they offer discount coupons depending on amount spent, but when you exceed the amount for the coupon you selected and qualify for a larger discount, they do NOT automatically give it to you. I didn't realize the difference until the next day when I looked over the receipt. Should not have to ask or go back to get the extra discount.

Only go here for service recalls. Service wanted to do work on items that were not broken. $200 for a back windshield wiper motor...that was working. $280 for a license plate bulb harness, tech said it needed to be replaced...only the bulb was blown.

Outstanding service from Performance Kia! They replaced the original engine, which had the rod bearing problem, with no argument. Corrected a few other problems as well. Reasonable prices, too.

I was greeted nicely by the tech and was told it would take an hour from waiting time to completion. It did just take one hour. It was recommended that I purchase new tires at my next oil change but not needed right now.

Went for my vehicle's first oil change and once there requested if they could also rotate the tires and they were able to do that in a timely manner. Performance also accepted a coupon from another dealer providing me with a $10 discount. Very easy to work with.
