Horrible experience, ford had my only van in there shop on and off for over 2 months in a 4 month period, it really negatively affected my ability to get my work done and make a living, I would never bring it back to ford even though I paid for an extended warranty

Also she diligently explained the what needed to be done as well as the approximately how much time was needed to complete the job.

The bottom shields were not fastened in the front due to the hardware was missing. The shield was damaged due to this. This is the 3rd strike for Performance Ford in Randolph NJ. I will not return for my so called free oil change. I end up taking it to another shop to have it done correctly. More money that I have to spend because of poor Technicians. M OBitz

Mechanic(s) did a good job... service advisor, not so much. Long story short, she dropped the ball from day 1, didn't care at all about the inconvenience caused, and communication was lacking at best... based on the lack of communication and poor planning, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Liked: Was able to take my car on same day notice since I was up in north Jersey. I didn't need a ride but Rayn said they would provide one if needed. Found problem with tire sensor, found that it was covered under extended warranty I have and corrected problem same day! Washed car. Friendly professional service.

The first time I went there with a different vehicle, a 2023 ford explorer ST they couldn't find the issue I stated. Then I went to another dealer and they replaced the front shock and it was exactly what I said it was. With my other vehicle I went with, a 2025 Ford F150 which had a check engine light on for the PCM. I told them the issue and they got it fixed asap
