Competent, professional, courteous and began at scheduled time. Complete and competent service, accurate troubleshooting of a mechanical issue (bad headlight and burned wiring issue was resolved correctly). Very reliable company for any and all of my automobile issues that may arise. This is not just a great tire company, but a full service trustworthy complete auto care business that I trust for my future auto care.

Very quick service to rotate my tires on my F150. However I would have thought after buying two full sets of tires, two wheel bearings replaced, two struts replaced from this store they would wave the $50 fee - even if I didn't purchase the truck tires from them. Les Schwab rotates for free if we purchase tires for a different vehicle. They've been great and very honest and fair with all the work they've done for me. But I won't go back for tire rotation.
