Easy to schedule an appointment. Clean shop. Highest level of professionalism from the entire team. This is the place where work is done right and with pride. Team even went above and beyond to diagnosis and remedy a little annoying exhaust rattle I'd discovered. I own several German vehicles and they all are serviced here!

Perception Motor Werks is by far the friendliest and most respectful auto shop that I have ever been too. They do everything from oil changes to tune ups. I had my 4 coilpacks replaced for preventative maintenance and peace of mind and everything was installed perfectly and in a timely fashion at a great price. I would highly recommend them for any type of service a car needs.

I would highly recommend Perception Motor Werks, they are very knowledgeable and well educated on all German made vehicles. Their work is done on time and professionally. Owners are courteous and friendly, the waiting area is clean and has coffee and ice water. Thier prices are reasonable and fair for the area.

Above and beyond! With 8 German vehicles in my family, PMW is the only place I want to touch my vehicles. This most recent service was supposed to be a fairly simple oil change and DSG service, but I had been experiencing an intermittent CEL. They were able to track down the problem and take care of the work that needed to be done. It was a bigger job than planned and I did not mind waiting for them to have the parts available and time to complete the work. Rachael and Michael are the ultimate professionals who really care about the vehicles they service and the people who drive them.
