Initially I was dissatisfied with the service I received here but they made everything right. I first brought my car in to get a 4 wheel brake replacement. The service representative who sits at the front desk told me they would take a look and make sure I didn't need rotors/calipers etc. After a technician checked it out, the rep told me that I'd just need brakes and fluid exchange. At no time did he mention they were only going to replace the front. I only discovered that when I walked out the door (he also didn't explain anything on the work sheet/receipt that printed out). I walked back in and asked why they only did the front and he said that the rear were ok for another few months (!!). The reason I wanted all 4 was because I didn't want to have to come back. A simple discussion before doing work on my car would have solved this issue. So I wrote a complaint and the manager called and offered to reinspect my car and complete the rear brake job at a discount which she did. I would take my car back here for future work and deal with the manager from now on. She is extremely competent and kind and I did not feel that I was being conned, etc.
