Very thorough with their complementary vehicle inspections. I had a hit a pot hole causing my vehicle to slightly pull to the right and making the steering wheel go off center. I opted for the lifetime alignment package as the streets around where I live have a lot of things to take the car out of alignment. I left with peace of mind knowing the vehicle was good and keep my tires in good condition.

Great service. I recently replaced my radiator fan assembly and am sure I introduced some contaminants and air into the system. My vehicle wasn't overheating or showing signs of issues and I decided to be proactive and get things done before I got to that point.

I got a damaged tire replaced at this location. Aaron gave great customer service and made sure I knew my car was safe to drive again. He explained why repairing the old tire was not a safe option and that replacing the tire would protect me and other people on the road. I respect his honesty and concern. I highly recommend Aaron and this Pep Boys location.

I am normally giving them 5 stars however, I had to go back in after getting my vehicle to have them fix several issues after getting 4 new tires put on. They did fix the issues but I feel this should have been checked prior to my car being completed.

I used the website and had an appointment for 1 pm; I was 5 minutes early and sat down 1.5 hours later my car was still out front. I went to the counter to find out how long it would take, and they said, "2.5 hours to get your car in for the new tires and alignment". I left there at 5 pm. If I knew the appointment for 1 pm was going to actually be seen at 3:30 I would of went somewhere else.

Got me in same day for four new tires, mount/balance, and an alignment. Price was great, service was excellent. Took about 3 hours on a busy day which was fine. My only complaint would be that they used face weights on my wheels instead of in the barrels, which is just a personal preference of mine, because I think they're ugly, but that's nothing against them or their service.

Very thorough visit of my tires and sensors which took longer than planned, but in the end I was happy. They found them faulty hence recommended that I replaced them all, which I did. My truck runs smoothly now, prepared for 4 winters ! The 4 tires have a 60,000 miles warranty.

The service and work were top notch as always. However, I was shocked by the amount of money to mount four previously purchased tires onto wheels I supplied. While they did install tire pressure sensors, I thoght that over $300 was a lot of money. I would have felt better if I'd been warned.

The young man didnt seem concerned about the wear difference between my new tire and the old one. Ive always been told that more than 1/4 can cause issues. So he mounted the new tire on the rear as mot to effect steering. In theory thats fine, but what happens when you have to put those tires on front when you rotate. However they found another bubble on a rear tire same side. I asked that both new tires be put on same axle.

Maybe I've been spoiled by others but a oil change and services Include things like windshield solvent and radiator fluid both low when returned and no comments as to why . With COVID lack of attention was apparent. Grease on door ,items on my passenger seat on the floor !

I purchased tires and had a wonderful experience went from a set of crappy Bridge Stone tires to a nice set of Continentals, I look forward to future service with Pep Boys, all the employees are nice, service was fast they also performed a lifetime alignment service on my car so I can get it done at no charge any time I feel it is needed.

Service didn't take long but according to the paperwork giving to me on a prior visit, they said the Bosh battery was a lot cheaper than the guy did the day of replacement. I ended up with a Champion battery, but the guy did find me a discount coupon.

I had 4 tires put on and even though I ordered them online, they had them in stock at the store. They performed the service that I requested online and the price quoted was the price charged. They also were able to process my online payment. The guy who checked me in at the store, was a little smart mouth though. He realized that I had called before my appointment to check if the tires had arrived and he said why wouldn't they be, I'm looking right at them. They're the smallest tires we have. As if I knew that. How would I?
