I had an appointment at 09:00 am and had to wait hours for my car to be fixed actually about 3 1/2 but it was ok Their tech was working by himself because some one called off. I did get my car done and the customer service was as to be expected I do not go to Pep Boys anymore because they did not tell me I had a bad oil leak I only went to them because I was in a different city and needed my car serviced. I go to a different shop for service on my vehicle Pep Boys is always short with people to have service cars I wish them the best in the future and thank you for servicing my car
