Disappointed that despite my having an 11:00 appointment, there were 2 walk-in alignments that were taken ahead of me and the technician didn't start work on my car till noon, then left for a lunch break. The conversation about what was done was vague, and I didn't get a printout of what alignment changes were made. Not sure whether anything was done.

Purchased tires from Tire Rack and scheduled install with Pep Boys. Good price and scheduling was a breeze. I was not expecting to wait for 2+ hours for tires to be installed. Would have appreciated a warning as I would have arranged a ride home to wait.
